Bedroom night lighting: At night in the master bedroom, the system activates a dimmed LED strip behind the TV if someone walks by or wakes up, providing a soft light that won't be too bright for the eyes of someone who has just woken up. 
Automatic lighting in corridors and entrances: Lights in corridors and entrances turn on automatically when motion is detected and at low light levels, which promotes safe movement around the house and saves electricity.
Efficient energy management: The electricity meter turns off some appliances after reaching a certain threshold to optimize energy consumption.
Emergency power: In the event of a power outage, the system notifies the owner, and the installed uninterruptible power supply provides power to all sensitive systems, home automation, networking, access control, as well as some lights and blinds.
Scenario control: There are buttons at the entrance that allow you to run useful scenarios such as closing or opening all blinds, turning off all lights and other useful actions. Some buttons control more than one light source in your home.
Zone heating control: The system has 3 heating control zones. Temperature sensors help maintain a comfortable temperature in different zones of the house.
Integration with Google Home: For additional convenient control and automation, the house is integrated with Google Home, which allows the owner to interact with various household appliances and air conditioners with voice commands.
