Main system functions:● Information panel at the entrance: provides communication between guests and the reception, displaying “Do Not Disturb” / “Clean Room” statuses.● Card switch: activates the room’s power upon check-in, keeping only critical systems (heating, ventilation, refrigerator) constantly powered.● Lighting control: managed via touch switches, motion sensors, dimming, and time-based scenarios.● Automated curtains: electric drives can be controlled manually or through programmed scenarios.● Climate control: integration of air conditioning, boiler, underfloor heating, and ventilation with individual thermostats in each room.● Safety system: includes flood protection sensors and an anti-icing system operating based on temperature sensors.● LED stair lighting: adjustable brightness, activation time, and night lighting modes.● Backup power: inverter and battery unit ensure stable operation of essential systems during power outages.● Centralized control: an interactive video panel in the room’s hall allows full control of all systems. All data is also transmitted to the reception for monitoring and remote management.
