Automation settings: light on / off
Create a new automation
In the Dashboard window, at the bottom right, you need to select Automations
● To create a new automation, click on the icon “+”● In the list that appears, select Automation
Select devices
A window opens with a list of all devices configured in the system:
● By clicking on the "Pencil" icon in the upper right corner of the screen, you can specify the name of the automation● In the section With what to manage, select the desired switch (type Button)● In the section What to manage - the lamp you want to turn on● Then click on the "Next" button at the bottom of the screen and go to the automation settings
Configure automation
● For the switch you need to choose from the list the type of event (for example “click”)● For the lamp - how to react to such pressing (for example “toggle”, i.e. one click the lamp turns on and the next - turns off, etc.)● After completing all the settings, click the “Save” icon
The result of the described steps:
Each time you press the selected switch (key), the selected lamp will change its state - turn on and off.
Automation settings: Two way switch
Creating such automation allows you to control one lighting device with several (usually two) switches.
● The algorithm for creating automation is completely similar to the previous one, except for the section With what to manage● Here, we specify two or more switches that will act as two-way switches. At the top of the page, select the button At least one condition● After completing all the settings, click the “Save” icon
The result of the described steps:
Each time you press any of the selected switches (keys), the selected lamp will change its state - turn on and off.
Automation settings: Disable all (Master switch)
Creating such automation allows you to turn off multiple devices with a single switch
To implement this functionality, you need:● select the desired switch (or several switches) in the With what to manage setting● select ALL devices you want to turn off in the What to manage section, and Long press and Turn off in the settings, respectively, as shown in the illustration● when done - click the Save icon in the lower right corner of the screen
