Create a new automation

● In the Dashboard window, at the bottom right, you need to select Automations● To create a new automation, click on the "+" icon● In the list that appears, you need to select Automation

Selection of devices

● A window opens with a list of all devices configured in the system● By clicking on the "pencil" icon in the upper right corner of the screen, you can set the name of the automation● Enable the Execution devices as a condition switch ● In the With what to manage section, select the Bulb in the bathroom● In the What to manage section - Fan in the bathroom● After that, click on the "arrow" in the lower right corner of the screen and go to the automation settings

Configure the automation

● For the Bulb, you need to select the type of event from the list (for example, On), and for the Fan, how to react to the lamp being turned on (for example, Turn On)● After completing all settings, click the "Save" icon

Note: For the correct operation of such automation, it is also necessary to configure the shutdown of the fan when the lamp is turned off.

The result of the described steps:

Every time a lamp in the bathroom is turned on (regardless of whether it is turned on by a switch or from a mobile application or by a motion sensor), the fan will turn on.
