To ensure precise and stable control of the foam concrete mixing process while simultaneously monitoring component feed parameters and protecting the equipment from abnormal operating conditions.
The mobile unit for producing foamed concrete is equipped with an automated control system based on the Atom Hydrogen controller by i3 Engineering.
The automation system controls the foamed concrete mixing process by regulating motor speeds and controlling water supply according to the specified parameters.
To accurately monitor the quantity of components, flow meters with 4–20 mA analog signals are used. The controller continuously receives data from the measuring devices and controls the equipment according to the current process parameters.
Motor operation is additionally monitored using pressure and dry-run sensors. This allows abnormal operating conditions to be detected in a timely manner and helps prevent equipment damage.
As a result, the automation system provides:● automatic motor speed control;● water supply control;● flow measurement via 4–20 mA signals;● pressure monitoring and dry-run protection;● stable operation of the foamed concrete mixing process.
The Atom Hydrogen-based system integrates the unit's individual actuators and sensors into a single process control system.
