All engineering systems are unified into a single control environment via the i3 Home app. Owners can remotely manage climate, lighting, and home operation scenarios from a smartphone or tablet.
Climate control is configured with individual scenarios, including automatic maintenance of a comfortable temperature at different times of the day, as well as “Home,” “Away,” and “Vacation” modes. The system also responds to open windows—heating or cooling is automatically switched off to reduce energy losses.
Lighting is implemented with dimming, scene-based control, and scheduling. Switches support multiple operation modes (single, double, and long press), allowing quick control of lighting throughout the entire home. Eco modes and automatic lighting shut-off when no occupants are present.
Special attention has been given to safety. The system can respond to emergency situations, including flooding with automatic water shut-off and electrical issues by disconnecting affected zones.
