Integration with Satel

Integration of Atom controllers with the Satel security system can be implemented using the Atom Extension RS232 expansion module.

Attention! Integration can only be performed after the Satel system has been fully configured and a valid PIN code is available.

Controller Selection

In the Device Manager, locate and select the Atom Extension RS232 controller from the list of available devices.

Connecting to Satel

● Click “Configure” and go to the RS-232 port settings.
● Enter the Satel security PIN code to confirm access.

Adding a Partition

 ● After successfully confirming the PIN code, click “Add Partition”.
● Enter the partition ID — it must match the ID set in the Satel configuration.

● Assign a name to the partition and optionally select a room.

● As a result, the partition will appear in the list.

Adding a Zone (Sensor)

● In the partition settings, click “Add Zone.”
● Enter the zone ID — it must match the ID in the Satel system.

● Assign a name, select the zone type, and specify the room.

Viewing and Configuration

● After adding a zone to a partition, all created partitions and zones will appear in the settings menu.
● This menu also allows you to view the current status of each partition and zone.

● All created partitions are displayed on the dashboard under the “Alarm” section.

Advanced Control

● After successfully configuring partitions and zones, their status and event history can be viewed in the advanced partition menu (zones are only displayed in this menu).
● Through the advanced menu, you can also:- Arm in full mode- Arm with zone bypass- Perimeter protection- Trigger immediate alarm- Disarm

Important! Any security-related actions require the use of the Satel PIN code.

Result of the described steps:

As a result of completing the described steps, you will have a fully integrated Satel security system within the smart home environment. All partitions and zones will be visible in the app, their current status can be monitored, and security management — including arming/disarming, selecting protection modes, and viewing event history in real time — can be performed directly from the interface.
