We are proud to present one of our extraordinary projects — a smart house system in two-level apartments in Ternopil.
The key functions of this system include:
● Air conditioner control via MODBUS. Four air conditioners allows precise adjustment of the temperature in any part of the apartment.● Lighting control via DALI protocol and RGB strip. Unique lighting allows you to adjust the brightness and color in each corner of the house and create a special atmosphere.● Motorized curtains. Automatic opening and closing of curtains is provided to adjust light and ensure privacy.● Heating control. The entire heating system is based on underfloor heating. To ensure maximum comfort for accurate temperature regulation, the system receives information from 30 sensors.● Ventilation is carried out by a ventilation unit controlled by the MODBUS protocol. The system also controls fan rotations and humidity control in bathrooms.● Air quality control and leakage control – monitoring and prevention of potential problems.● Socket control and an energy meter – optimization of energy consumption and ensuring the safety of the power grid.● Aesthetics and design, thanks to premium fittings, add style and charm to every room.
